MARCH FOR BABIES

This will be our 4th year walking for March for Babies.
The March For Babies helps fund such research and education that is so desperately needed to reduce the number of preemie births. We need to reduce the number of parents spending hours next to the crib of their tiny baby. We need to reduce the anxiety, fear and helplessness these parents feel when looking at their teeny tiny newborn. We need to reduce the number of times a parent has to bury a child they barely knew.

1st day of Preschool x 3

Belle, Jenna and Zoey started 2 day a week preschool yesterday. The were really excited. I was really nervous. We have to be 15 miles away by 8 and drop Alexa at school first so no more leisurely mornings. We got off to a slow start yesterday but made it to school with one minute to spare. Jenna was really shy at first and held my leg. Belle kept saying bye-bye like she could care less. Zoey found playdough and didn't say anything. I left with no tears from them or me. When I came to pick them up they were all smiles. They told me they sang about Jesus and made a snowflake book. The teacher asked me about Zoey's leg because she couldn't st criss-cross and told me that Belle tried to help her and it was really cute. I bet that was a sight to see Belle trying to shove Zoey's leg under her. We went to McD's to celebrate our first day. They were exhausted and clingy by the end. I think getting up early and school made them too tired but at nap they didn't talk and went to sleep in about 1 minute which was great. Alexa didn't have school until today so she got to go see where they were going to school which was fun for her. The true test of getting everyone to school on time will be tomorrow and I have 3 hours with no kids.

Halloween

We had a busy Halloween! We went to a trick or treat trail, trunk or trick, a Halloween craft and story and Alexa had a Halloween party at school. We also went trick or treating in our neighborhood. The day after Halloween we took 5 lbs of candy to the dentist to send to the troops and we still have a TON left!

Skate Night

Last night we took the girls skating for the 1st time. It was an adventure. They were really cute. There were many falls and laughs. They did the limbo and the chicken dance. Everyone had a great time and everyone was exhausted. Here is a video of the limbo.
